Looking to spend some quality time outdoors in the beautiful Nyacks?  You can plan on it for Saturday, November 19 starting at 9am!  Nyack Hospital will be hosting it's 21st Annual Be Healthy 5K Run and Walk.  This year, they will also be having a Health Fair from 9am-1pm in the Krutz Auditorium. So grab the family and some friends and come out to support your local hospital while soaking in the sights of our beautiful villages of Nyack!  Oh, and what a great time of year to get in some extra exercise with Thanksgiving around the corner!
