It is our pleasure to write this reference for Mary Lovera, who acted as our realtor for the sale
of our former house and the purchase of our current home. Mary was with us every step of the
way, which is very reassuring during such a stressful time. Her sense of the market, her contacts
and experience, in addition to her cheerful and professional manner, make her an excellent
realtor and I would recommend her to any seller. We were both extremely impressed by her
perseverance and drive on our behalf and I would also give her the highest recommendation in
her role representing the buyer.
Mary is the whole package. She has a keen sense of the market and a compassionate sense of
what both the buyers and sellers are looking for. I would highly recommend her and we consider
ourselves fortunate for having Mary as our realtor.
In today’s world, our relationships are very important so much so that The Right Relationships can make all the difference.
This year marks my 20th year in Real Estate. In that time, I’ve happily worked for my clients whether buying or selling their properties. Not only have I worked in New York as a Licensed Associate Broker, I’m also licensed in New Jersey where I work for Terrie O’Connor Realtors. I hold two important designations, both of which I am very proud of. My GREEN Designation makes me a specialist in energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate. Personally, I am interested in the environment and how, as consumers, we can do our part to make our communities more environmentally friendly. My second designation is the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This designation compliments my International background which you will read about below. As a CIPS designee, I have the capacity to conduct international transactions, work with international buyers and sellers, and organize trade missions in foreign countries to help my clients buy and sell real estate for business or personal investments.
Having grown up in a family business, lived internationally, and worked with people of all ages, I pride myself as being a “people person”. From Dallas, to Rome, to Amsterdam, to New York…all these places provide a landscape for the canvas of my life. Being an eclectic person, I’m able to combine my professional expertise and life experiences with my desire and ability to exceed expectations. When clients meet me, they find someone with integrity who is truly interested in them as individuals. Whether selling their property, buying a new home, relocating from a distant place, or finding just the right rental, I am able to cultivate a professional relationship that will serve them well.
Buying and selling a home is a very personal experience and you need an agent you know you can trust. I have a proven track record making transactions progress as smoothly as possible, getting everyone to the closing table on time. In addition, I have an excellent rapport with associates within my office as well as those throughout the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, our Board and MLS. Most importantly, I hold my clients with high regard, placing just as much emphasis on small transactions as big ones. You might say I’m a realtor with heart. But I guess it comes with the name, after all, I’ve been blessed to have LOVE in my name!
As you can see, real estate is all about relationships. The Right Relationships can make all the difference. I can make that difference for you. Put LOVEra in your real estate transaction by calling on me, Mary Lovera, to serve you.
