About Mary Lovera

For 21 years, I’ve happily worked in the Real Estate industry. Prior to this, I was a schoolteacher. And before that, I grew up in a family business, lived internationally, and worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I consider myself to be a “people person”. From Dallas, to Rome, to Amsterdam, to New York…all of these places have provided the landscape for the canvas of my life. Being an eclectic person, I’ve been able to combine my professional expertise and life experiences with my ability to meet both challenges and expectations with ease.
Buying and selling a home is a very personal experience and you need an agent you know you can trust. I have a proven track record, making transactions progress as smoothly as possible, getting everyone to the closing table in a timely manner. In addition, I have an excellent rapport with associates within my office as well as those throughout the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors & ONEKEY MLS. More importantly, I hold all of my clients with high regard, placing just as much emphasis and attention to detail on small transactions, as well as big transactions. I am a Realtor with heart. I guess it comes with the name. After all, I’ve been blessed to have LOVE in my name!
I would appreciate the opportunity to establish a Real Estate relationship with you – one that could make a huge difference in your life. Put LOVEra in your real estate transaction by calling on me, Mary Lovera, to serve you.
My designations include:
• New York State Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker
• GREEN Designation- a specialist in energy efficiency and sustainability.
• CIPS-Certified International Property Specialist-ability to conduct international transactions & trade missions
• ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative
• New Jersey Licensed Sales Associate
