I can’t thank Mary Lovera enough for helping us find our dream home. We recently located from Columbus, Ohio and wanted to stay in NY close to the Tappan Zee Bridge as my family is in CT and my work is only 25 minutes away in NJ. We were getting a bit discouraged by the lack of houses on the market within our price point and houses that we liked. Mary assured us that in February and March things would slowly start opening up and they did. Her guidance to act fast when we found something was key! Again, with low inventory things were going fast!
We finally walked into a house in Piermont NY – the cutest little town ever. The house was on a quaint, winding street with the most breathtaking views of the Hudson River. I was thoroughly disappointed when I walked in, because it needed a total gut renovation. That is something I have never done and actually was terrified to do. Mary took the time to help me envision what this house could look like. She helped me understand the value I was getting and how I could make this my dream home. I went into contract the next day and never looked back. 3 months of renovation and I am in my dream house! I couldn’t not have done this without her dedication and commitment to helping us find the perfect house!

During our first interview, I realized that Mary Lovera truly GOT old houses. Unlike the other Realtors I interviewed, she focused on the house itself. We were thoroughly pleased to work with Mary in selling our house. In addition to the normal ins-and-outs of selling real estate, Mary completely understands everything about historical structures and how to effectively market them. She also provided valuable guidance on what to do [and not do] in preparing the home for sale. Thank you, Mary!

A well earned “Thank you”, Mary, for all the good advice and for facilitating the work that needed to be done before putting my home on the market. That and your enthusiasm resulted in two credible offers within just a couple of weeks. I saw so many homes in our area on the market for many months and was amazed that my home of 47 years sold so quickly. I attribute that to your good judgment and engaging personality. It was a pleasure working with you.

It is my pleasure to talk about the home buying experience I had with Mary Lovera as my real estate broker. I purchased my townhouse at Village Gate in February 2014 and closed in April 2014.
My experience with Mary was professional, smooth, and reliable. She listened to what my needs were and was able to identify appropriate listings for me to view. After seeing several listings she got a clear sense of what I wanted. When the townhouse which I ended up purchasing became available she immediately set up a showing with knowledge that there were other interested parties. She advised me responsibly during the bidding process, with the awareness about my clarity that the home met my needs, and my offer was accepted with no difficulties. She provided information when I asked, and given her knowledge of the area she could advise me regarding services in the community that would assist my homeowner experience, including a real estate attorney who was very easy to work with.
I have no reservations in highly recommending Mary. She is a terrific real estate broker who will work hard with you to find or sell your home, as any broker would, but her strengths are that she is a smart, professional, and pleasant partner in the process.

Most agents will share sunny stories, but what happens when things don’t go as planned?
Mary was referred by her broker after an initial listing with another agent was terminated and I had deep reservations as to whether to stick with the firm. The fact that we lost the summer season added to my concerns, but she and Wright Bros rose to the challenge. A super video and much improved photos were quickly completed by her colleague Steve Dolinsky, while Mary pushed on multiple fronts. She held a series of open houses, cajoled agents, and supported a push for a stronger online presence. The house was in contract ten weeks later.
Equally important, Mary proved she could handle tough conversations and stand her ground – with me and in external negotiations – all while maintaining a positive and ethical manner. I’m delighted to refer her – not just for her professional chops, but also for her warm, thoughtful approach. Mary Lovera is a class act.

It is our pleasure to write this reference for Mary Lovera, who acted as our realtor for the sale
of our former house and the purchase of our current home. Mary was with us every step of the
way, which is very reassuring during such a stressful time. Her sense of the market, her contacts
and experience, in addition to her cheerful and professional manner, make her an excellent
realtor and I would recommend her to any seller. We were both extremely impressed by her
perseverance and drive on our behalf and I would also give her the highest recommendation in
her role representing the buyer.
Mary is the whole package. She has a keen sense of the market and a compassionate sense of
what both the buyers and sellers are looking for. I would highly recommend her and we consider
ourselves fortunate for having Mary as our realtor.

You may ask why Wright Bros.? I have been in the real estate business for fifteen years and at one point, I realized it was time to make a leap forward in my professional career. Wright Bros. has an impeccable reputation in Rockland County real estate and I wanted to be a part of that positive energy. Wright Bros. commands a major portion of the market share of real estate transactions in the Rivertowns and has a majority of top producers in Rockland County.
Buying and selling a home is a very personal experience and you need an agent you know you can trust. I have a proven track record making transactions progress as smoothly as possible, getting everyone to the closing table on time. In addition, I have an excellent rapport with associates within my office as well as those throughout the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, our Board and MLS. Most importantly, I hold my clients with high regard, placing just as much emphasis on small transactions as big ones. You might say I’m a realtor with heart. But I guess it comes with the name, after all, I’ve been blessed to have LOVE in my name!
